QMH Technologies Ltd (trading as The Taxi Finder) Agency Terms & Conditions
We, QMH Technologies Ltd, a registered company in England under the company number 13506378 and having our registered office at 10-16 Tiller Road, London, England, E14 8PX, operate under the trading name The Taxi Finder . We act solely as an agent for all the bookings made through us on your behalf. It is important to note that for all Transport Arrangements, your contractual agreement will be with the supplier (referred to as the Supplier/Principal) responsible for providing the specific arrangements in question.
By making a booking with us, the primary person listed on the booking agrees, on behalf of all individuals mentioned in the booking, to the following:
When you make a booking, we will facilitate the establishment of a contract between you and the relevant Supplier/Principal (i.e., the transport provider) responsible for the Transport Arrangements specified on your e-ticket. As an agent, we hold no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the Supplier/Principal or for the services they provide. Your booking with us is subject to these Agency Terms and Conditions, as well as the specific terms and conditions of the respective Supplier/Principal(s) you engage with. We advise you to carefully read both sets of terms and conditions. The booking conditions of the Supplier/Principal may limit and/or exclude their liability to you. Please request copies from us if you do not possess them.
Your booking will be confirmed, and a contract between you and the Supplier/Principal will be in effect when we send you confirmation on their behalf. We, on behalf of the Supplier/Principal, reserve the right to refuse any order placed by you. We cannot guarantee successful allocation of a Supplier/Principal to every booking request. If, in the unlikely event, we are unable to allocate a Supplier/Principal to your booking request, we will promptly notify you via email.
We bear no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any Transport Arrangements or other services you purchase. This includes any acts or omissions of the suppliers or other individuals or parties associated with the arrangements.
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all information provided to us at the time of booking, including pick-up details. Once you confirm these details, we will proceed to confirm the booking with the Supplier/Principal.
Please ensure that all names, dates, and timings are correct upon receipt of all documents, and inform us immediately of any errors. Any changes required due to your error may incur a charge for rectification. The booking information you provide will be shared only with the relevant Supplier/Principal responsible for your Transport Arrangements or other individuals necessary for the provision of said arrangements. This information may also be disclosed to public authorities if legally required. This includes any special category (sensitive) information provided by you. By making this booking, you consent to the disclosure of this information to the relevant parties. Certain information may also be shared with security or credit checking companies.
To secure your chosen Transport Arrangements, you have two payment options. You can either pay in full at the time of booking or, if available from the Supplier/Principal of the Transport Arrangements, you may have the option to pay the driver directly. If you opt to pay the driver, it is important to commit at the time of booking to make the payment to the driver. When choosing to pay the driver, please ensure that you have the correct amount of cash in the local currency unless stated otherwise in your confirmation email. Additionally, if you choose to pay the driver, we will require valid payment card details at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge you on behalf of the Supplier if you fail to make the required payment on time or if any amendment or cancellation fees are applicable.
In the event that full payment is not received when required, we will inform the Supplier/Principal, who may cancel your booking and apply the cancellation fees stated in their booking conditions.
Unless otherwise advised or specified in the booking conditions of the relevant Supplier/Principal, all payments made to us for Transport Arrangements will be held on behalf of the Supplier/Principal and forwarded to them as per our agreement.
Please note that credit/debit card processing fees (ranging from 1.4% to 2.9%) charged by our payment processing partner Stripe.com are non-refundable in the event of reservation cancellation
We reserve the right to modify advertised prices at any time. Furthermore, we retain the right to rectify any errors found in both advertised and confirmed prices. It is important to check the price of your selected Transport Arrangements at the time of booking.
If you have any special requests, please inform us during the booking process. We will relay all your requests to the Supplier/Principal; however, we cannot guarantee that they will be accommodated, and we assume no liability if they cannot be fulfilled. While our Suppliers/Principals usually provide child/baby seats upon request, there may be rare instances where such seats are unavailable due to unforeseen last-minute vehicle substitutions. Please be aware that neither we nor our Suppliers/Principals can guarantee that the provided seats will be an exact fit for your child.
You have the option to cancel your booking without incurring any charges, provided that you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for your transfer. To cancel your reservation, you can do so online up to 24 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. The specific cancellation terms of the Supplier/Principal associated with your booking will be confirmed in your eTicket.
If you need to request any changes or amendments to your booking, please send a request through the “My Booking” section of our website, using the contact details provided in your confirmation email. It is important to receive written confirmation of any changes to your booking before your travel date. Normally, the Supplier/Principal allows you to make online changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. If the deadline has passed, you will need to contact the Supplier/Principal directly using the phone number provided in your booking confirmation email. The amendment terms of the Supplier/Principal associated with your booking will be specified in your eTicket.
While we will make every effort to assist you, we cannot guarantee that the Supplier/Principal will accommodate all amendment requests. Changes and cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Supplier/Principal for your Transport Arrangements. The Supplier/Principal may impose cancellation or amendment charges as outlined in their booking conditions, which could amount to 100% of the cost of the Transport Arrangements.
Please note that certain Supplier/Principals do not allow changes, and therefore, full cancellation charges may apply.
In the event that the Supplier/Principal needs to make a significant change to your confirmed Transport Arrangements or cancel them, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. We will also act as an intermediary between you and the Supplier/Principal regarding any alternative arrangements offered by the supplier. However, we hold no further liability to you beyond facilitating this communication.
Your contract is directly with the Supplier/Principal, and their booking conditions apply. As an agent, our responsibility is limited to making the booking according to your instructions. We do not accept responsibility for the actual provision of the Transport Arrangements. Any information we provide to you regarding the Transport Arrangements is passed on in good faith, but we assume no responsibility for its accuracy. However, if we are found liable to you under any circumstances, our maximum liability is limited to twice the commission we earn on your booking (or the appropriate proportion of this if not all individuals on the booking are affected). This limitation does not apply to any liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees while acting in the course of their employment.
As the contract for your Transport Arrangements is between you and the Supplier/Principal, any queries or concerns regarding the arrangements should be directed to them. You can submit such queries through the dedicated page on our website, which can be found a https://www.thetaxifinder.com/contact-us/ Complaints must be submitted within 28 days from the date you used the services provided by the Supplier/Principal. If you encounter any issues with your Transport Arrangements while using them, it is important to report them to the Supplier/Principal immediately. Failing to follow this procedure may limit the opportunity for the Supplier/Principal to investigate and address your complaint, potentially reducing or nullifying any compensation you may be entitled to.

These Agency Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of England, and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes (unless you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may initiate legal proceedings in your local court under Scottish or Northern Irish law, as applicable).
The descriptions provided by the relevant Supplier/Principal serve as a guide to the expected facilities of your transportation. Standards and ratings may vary among countries and suppliers. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any given ratings. The images of the vehicle make and model displayed on the quotation page are for illustrative purposes only, and neither we nor the Supplier/Principal can guarantee the provision of these exact vehicles.
The distance and estimated trip time provided are for planning purposes only. It is possible that factors such as construction projects, traffic, weather conditions, or other events may cause variations from the published information. Therefore, it is advisable to plan your trip accordingly.
